Since our sofas are handcrafted to order, production usually takes 4-6 weeks, followed by 5-10 business days for white-glove delivery to your home.
Do you offer fabric samples before I make a purchase?
Yes, we offer up to five complimentary fabric swatches so you can feel the texture and see the colors in your own lighting before committing to a piece.
What is included in your White-Glove Delivery service?
Our professional delivery team will bring the sofa into your room of choice, perform full assembly, and remove all packaging materials and debris.
What kind of warranty comes with a SofaSofa® product?
All our furniture comes with a limited lifetime warranty on the internal hardwood frame and a 2-year warranty on cushions and upholstery defects.
Can I return my sofa if it doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you aren't satisfied, you can return it for a refund minus a restocking fee, provided the item is in original condition.
Are your fabrics pet-friendly and stain-resistant?
We offer a dedicated line of 'Performance Fabrics' specifically engineered to be moisture-repellent, stain-resistant, and durable enough to withstand pet claws.
