Return Process

  Contact our customer experience team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the sofa is in its original condition and securely wrapped; our team will coordinate a convenient time for our specialized couriers to collect the item.

  Once the item returns to our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the piece to ensure it meets our resale standards.

  Receive Your Refund

  After a successful inspection, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
